Dear Diary,

When I got off the plane, I collected my luggage and hopped into my car. While driving on the motor way, I realised that I was very hungry so I stopped at the next exit. I went to a small chipper and ordered some fish and chips. It was absolutely delicious! It was the best food that I’d had in a long long time!

Dear Diary,

After meeting the Trócaire volunteer this morning, I came back to my hotel room but as I was coming back I saw that there were a load of doctors in a few rooms beside me. I went and asked one of the doctors what was wrong. She said that there was a man in the hotel with ebola and he had to be taken out of the hotel.

Dear Diary,

I was walking on a hill and across from the hill I saw a mudslide knocking everything. I saw children screaming and running away. I went down and checked if everything was OK. The teachers said that the school and the books had been destroyed. Everyone was shocked.
