  1. Stay away from the slurry pit when in use.
  2. Make sure to put a cover over the slurry pit when not in use.
  3. Stay away from the slurry pit after it is agitated for 1 hour.
  4. If the ground is wet around the pit don’t go near the pit.
  5. Take all of the animals out of the area when it is time to agitate the slurry.
